We used MSC for shipping from South Africa to Australia via Port Louis, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Fremantle (Perth). The ship decides to skip Fremantle and leaves all containers at Adelaide. Our business imports perishable goods and it seems like you guys just do as you please as there's nothing we can do! This is really frustrating. There's already a months delay and we missed all our X-Mas stocks which will now arrive mid Jan, but I won't hold my breath!
