Asked for a quote to deliver flyers for our church. They wont deliver for churches or religious organisations. Didn't ask to know the content but I told them it advertised our youth group and a Sunday night service. Prejudice against christianity is growing in our nation.

Unfortunately the address for my parcel was incorrectly entered by the business that sent it. At no fault from Aramex my parcel didn't arrive. I had a voicemail message left on my phone which I didn't receive until after hours asking where the correct address is. I really needed this package and messaged Arthur who is the driver for the Fremantle area and he was quick to respond and said he will get it to me tomorrow. I wasn't expecting to get a response at 8:30 at night and probably shouldn't have messaged him. I run an ecommerce business and use multiple freight companies around Australia and the customer service that Arthur offered is rare to see in this industry. He went over and beyond and I thank him for it. Well done!

UpdateYes they were fantastic.The guys that did my pickups were fantastic.Friendly helpful efficient on time excellent communication all the way.I cannot recommend this company more to anyone.Keep up the good work!!I don't usually tip but gave them a good tip as 1 item was particularly difficult.I bought a few items from Gumtree and have to transport the furniture to a central location.Communicated with a number of courier/moving services and this was the only company from all that maintained an efficient communication with me throughout the booking process answered me on and within 20 mins each time.So far really impressed.So far would highly recommend them.

We use the Laundry Hub to take care of our clinic laundry. They pick up and deliver as arranged or will change the days according to our needs. Linen is spotlessly clean and folded ready to put away. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Surprised that the collection DHL locker works on Sundays don't like google map opening hours stated. But I can't sure it is 24 hours or not. Delivery can be changed to collect online, I find out collect is much better then ask for door delivery service .

Good guys they want to get the delivery on time for customers.
